Nashville Ultimate Rides Launches Party Bus and Group Transportation in Music City

Group transportation keeps a party in one vehicle instead of splitting it across multiple rideshares. Nashville Ultimate Rides books rides as a one-way trip or as a pickup with a scheduled return.

NASHVILLE, TN, UNITED STATES, August 25, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Nashville Ultimate Rides, a licensed and insured luxury group transportation company, began service in Nashville this month, extending a 16-year Tampa transportation operation into the Music City market.

The Nashville fleet runs direct pickup and drop-off at Lower Broadway, BNA Airport, The Gulch, Midtown, hotels and private venues. Rides are booked either as a one-way direct trip or as a pickup with a scheduled return, with both legs reserved at the time of booking. Vehicles are configured with wrap-around leather lounge seating, LED ambient lighting, Bluetooth audio and climate control.

The ownership group has operated luxury transportation in Tampa, Florida, for 16 years and has accumulated more than 300 five-star customer reviews there.

"Groups here plan the night down to the reservation and then figure out the ride home at one in the morning on Lower Broadway," said Kevin New, owner of Nashville Ultimate Rides. "Booking the return at the same time as the pickup takes that problem off the table. It is the same model that has worked in Tampa for 16 years."

Service at launch covers one-way direct rides, pickup with a scheduled return, bachelor and bachelorette group transportation, wedding party shuttles, corporate and hotel shuttles, and BNA Airport group transfers. Corporate work includes Music City Center convention transfers, executive outings and team dinner transport.

Wedding work covers bridal party transfers between ceremony venues, rehearsal dinners and hotel blocks, and post-reception runs downtown. Corporate groups use the same scheduled-return structure for convention transfers and team dinners, with invoicing and a named dispatcher contact rather than an app.

Booking runs through a dispatcher rather than an automated queue. A customer submits a pickup address, passenger count and preferred time online or by text, and a local dispatcher verifies fleet availability, locks the pickup window and texts back a confirmation. Pickup corridors include the hotel cluster in The Gulch and SoBro, the Midtown and Demonbreun restaurant strip, and short-notice pickups from vacation rentals in East Nashville and 12 South.

Group travel in Nashville concentrates around Lower Broadway nightlife, wedding weekends and BNA Airport arrivals, where parties of eight or more often split across multiple rideshare vehicles and arrive separately. The scheduled return option is built for groups that want one vehicle holding the party together from pickup through drop-off.

"Sixteen years in Tampa taught us that the vehicle is part of the night, not just the transfer between two places," New said. "That is why the interiors are built as lounges rather than rows of seats, and why the driver is on the clock for the return before the group ever steps out."

Nashville party bus and group transportation bookings are taken by phone at 615-235-1048 and through the company website. BNA Airport group transfers and wedding party shuttles are scheduled in advance. Fleet photos and recent trips are posted at NashvilleUltimateRides on Instagram.
